Ordering online has never been easier!

All of our off the shelf products are available for purchase online. Simply browse the categories or search for specific items to add to your shopping basket. Every product has a clear ‘Buy Now’ button for you to add it to your shopping basket.

To check the contents of your shopping basket select “Shopping Basket” from the top line menu at any time. This is where you can view, change and remove items you’ve previously selected. To take an item out of your basket, check the remove box alongside the item and then click on “Update Shopping Cart”. An updated list of your shopping basket contents will display. Similarly, if you wish to order more than one item, change the number in the quantity box and click on “Update Shopping Cart”.

If you start shopping today and run out of time, you’re welcome to log out and come back tomorrow to finish off your order. The Shopping Cart items will remain in tact until you check out and confirm the order or remove them.

Your order will be confirmed by e-mail and you will also be contacted by phone if need be to advised of any delivery or stock related issues.

Payment

Upon check out, you will be asked to supply credit card details to make payment for your order. Payment is not taken from your card until the order has been shipped and all credit card details are then destroyed for your security.

Delivery

All items that can be boxed (not filled balloons or hire items) are shipped with in 48 hours of receipt of your order. They are then couriered straight to your door with in another 48 hours. Therefore goods are generally received between 3-4 days of ordering.

We can deliver anywhere in the state of WA. Please phone for interstate orders. You will be asked to confirm the delivery address at checkout and if this differs from where you live. We suggest you use your daytime or work address so that the goods are delivered personally to you rather than left on your doorstep. Unfortunately we are unable to take any responsibility for the loss of goods once they reach their specified delivery address.

Delivery of helium balloons and hire equipment is done by our experienced staff with the Party Town van. This results in a different delivery fee. The delivery option(s) you are given in the check out process take into consideration what items you have put into your Shopping Cart. Therefore, sometimes you may have a choice of the two delivery options plus the pick up from Party Town option. Or we need to contact you to arrange the best method of delivery.
